做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
