做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
