做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
