做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
