做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
