做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
