做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
