做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
