做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
