做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
