做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
