做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
