做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
