做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
