做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
