做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
