做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
