做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
