做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
