做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
