做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
