做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
