做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
