做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
