做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
