做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
