做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
