做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
