做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
