做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
