做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
