做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
