做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
