做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
