做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
