做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
