做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
