做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
