做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
