做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
