做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
