做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
