做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
