做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
