做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
