做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
