做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
