做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
