做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
