做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
